Now Hiring – Dealership Operations Manager

Gales Auto Group is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, problem-solving individual to take over daily dealership operations and vehicle flow management.
This is a leadership-level operations position for someone who can think independently, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help keep the dealership moving efficiently day to day.
We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can become a major long-term asset to our company.
Responsibilities:
• Managing vehicle flow from purchase to lot-ready status
• Coordinating repairs and recon with multiple auto repair shop locations
• Tracking vehicle status, parts, repairs, and timelines
• Communicating with staff, vendors, transporters, and customers
• Working directly with the detailing department to ensure vehicles are properly completed and front-line ready
• Ensuring quality control standards are being met before vehicles hit the lot or are delivered to customers
• Helping oversee lot organization and vehicle readiness
• Assisting with dealership operations, paperwork, scheduling, and daily tasks
• Problem solving and helping keep operations moving efficiently
• Working directly with ownership and leadership

• Automotive or dealership experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with operations, coordination, management, inventory flow, or quality control is a major plus
We need someone who can stay on top of operations, foresee problems before they happen, and help course correct issues quickly before they turn into bigger problems. We are looking for a strong leader who communicates well, takes ownership, holds standards high, and helps create a positive and efficient environment for both customers and staff.
Some days are slower paced and allow time to organize, plan, and improve processes. Other days move very fast and require someone who can adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and keep operations moving efficiently.
This position is heavily based around organization, communication, urgency, leadership, and problem solving. We are looking for someone who can help create structure, not someone waiting to constantly be told what to do.
Ownership will provide support, guidance, leadership, and coaching, but this position requires someone who can operate confidently and help lead daily operations without needing constant oversight due to our multi-location business structure.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays proactive, communicates well, helps solve problems before they grow, and can help keep operations moving forward even when leadership is not physically present day to day.
Pay:
$25–$28 per hour depending on experience, leadership ability, and value brought to the company.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 9-5pm
No weekends
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, create structure, and help build efficiency as we continue to grow.
