What This Role Really Is
You are the connection between the customer and the technician.
You control communication, trust, workflow, and the schedule.
That means:
• Building trust quickly with customers
• Writing clear, accurate repair orders that cut down diagnostic time
• Scheduling jobs the right way — setting proper expectations and keeping the day realistic and productive
• Answering phones and booking appointments with urgency and professionalism
• Presenting work in a way customers understand and approve
• Keeping every job moving with urgency
• Staying on top of every vehicle in the shop

What You Bring
• Experience in an auto repair shop (advisor or parts)
• Strong communication skills — you can explain things in a way people understand
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technology and updated systems quickly
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
• A growth mindset — always looking to improve and get 1% better every day
• Ownership mentality — you don’t wait, you lead
• You genuinely care about people and take pride in serving your community
